We will always try and supply you with the full order. In the event that the order delivered to you is incomplete or includes incorrect goods, you must notify us within 24 hours. You will not be charged for incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. We are confident of the quality of our goods. If you are dissatisfied with your order we will promptly and fully refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. Product Categories and Descriptions
For ease of use the products on our site may be sorted into categories. Some or all of these categories and product descriptions may relate to dietary requirements or food allergies.
Although we try to ensure that the products listed on the site appear within the correct categories and have the correct descriptions this cannot be guaranteed and mistakes may be made. For this reason, you must ALWAYS carefully check any products that you receive before they are used. This is particularly important if you have any allergies, intolerances, religious or moral beliefs that may restrict your use or consumption of any products.
If you are still unsure after examining the product, do NOT use them until you have obtained professional advice from the manufacturer or an alternate source where possible. If you do purchase any products, which you cannot use because they may appear in the wrong category or were given an incorrect description, please contact us in order to discuss the possibility of a refund.
We are committed to supplying high quality food within all current EU and UK regulations. Many of our producers are small family-run business and we have had the opportunity to get to know them and so develop our product knowledge. We do everything possible to ensure that the products that we supply meet our core values of origin, taste and price.
Obligation to the Customer
We will confirm acceptance of your order in an email. If an item you order is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
We are not liable for any technical errors and will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any problems.
Organically-Speaking will arrange delivery of the order/s either in our own vans or through a third party service with a reputable carrier.
All queries/claims must be directed through Organically-Speaking in the first instance who will then contact the relevant carrier on the sender's behalf.
Payment is taken by our automated system when the order is placed.
All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. Any delivery charge is clearly stated at the time your order is completed. You may pay by any major credit card or debit card excluding American Express. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Acceptance of your order will take place after stock availability and verification of payment details has been made. The price of goods will be quoted on the website. The web site is operated by Organically Speaking, 63 High Street, High Street, Hartley Wintney, Hampshire RG27 8NY. These terms and conditions, as well as your statutory rights, govern all purchases on this web site.
Please note, we cannot specify a morning or afternoon delivery. Deliveries will be made up until 6pm on any given working day that we deliver to your area as notified by us.
If we are not able to deliver your order in a reasonable time, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you. We will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example vehicle breakdown, poor weather conditions, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes.
We will not be liable under our agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where i) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; ii) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; iii) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.
As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by any negligence on our part or our failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.
We sell only to end users and our products are not for re-sale.
Organically Speaking may suspend or cancel any accepted order or your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Organically-Speaking can only delivery to a full street address. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.
We will make delivery to your address as stated when you registered with us unless you let us know of any changes to this – any address detail changes must be made before any order deadlines as published on the Organically Speaking website. There may be some addresses we are unable to deliver to and we reserve the right not to deliver to all locations. You are responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while there, we do not accept liability, and will offer compensation at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any customer; considerations of delivery problems may give rise to such a refusal.
We will endeavour to keep your delivery day the same, but we reserve the right to change it temporarily or permanently and will inform you if we do so.
What is our returns policy?
In the unlikely event of your delivery arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us to notify us. You must do this within 24hours of receiving the faulty goods.
If you are unsatisfied with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement item. In certain cases a discount may be offered against your next purchase. Please contact us with any complaints or queries about the products delivered and we will arrange for one of the above or if required a refund to your credit/debit card.
Any goods which are proven to be faulty or have been incorrectly dispatched may be returned to us within 7-days of receiving them. The recipient agrees that they will be responsible for ensuring that any returned goods are received by us without damage, un-opened and in a condition that allows the goods to be resold at the full price. In the event that we receive any returned goods in a state that is not identical to the state in which the recipient originally received them, we reserve the right to issue no or only a partial refund for the goods.
You agree that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might be caused to any goods by temperature or any other climate related conditions during transit.
We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods unless proven faulty.
The customer agrees that they will be responsible for all costs incurred when returning any goods to us for any reason unless we agree otherwise. The recipient also agrees that they will ensure that we receive any returned goods. We recommend that a recorded and insured postal service is used for any returns. Please remember that you must keep proof of posting for all returns.
The customer agrees that unless we agree otherwise the maximum amount of any refund will be limited to the price paid for any returned goods and will not include any additional costs whether incidental or otherwise including but not limited to any postage and packaging costs.
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
